Mary discusses Markham's letter being a "literary gem." She wants to show it The Century Co. She wants there to be a popular volume in a handsome binder with beautiful illustration of Markhams 3 greatest poems, for the schools. She discusses this works to the schools. Mary wants to come over on Saturday with Mrs. Mel'verey, wife of the NYS Supt., a teacher from New Hampshire and Jenny Merrill, Supt of Kindergartens of NYC. A letter came from Mrs. Strafford, it "doesn't show the genius of Mrs. Mooney's letter".
